"I appreciate Maury for teaching me something I never knew. When I told him I was going to be selling my home he informed me that I should ask about good faith estimates of taxes. He told me that real-estate and the tax people won't tell you about this term and in 18 months you are basically paying back taxes. I am not sure if I totally understand this yet because when I purchased my first home it was not homesteaded so therefore they owed me money but it could of been the other way around had this home been homesteaded. Thank you for your knowledge."

"Terrible customer service no one knows what is going on or why things take over a month to process. They have no problem pulling payments but refunds are almost nonexistent, the policey wasn't processed in time so not sure what's going on according to the service reps in clare,mi. Yet the withdrawal was damn sure on time, so far received $32 of over $600 paid over a month ago."

"Offered me some safety driver thing to stick to my car to make my insurance cheaper and never showed up so they charged me like $70 give or take a little bit c4 not using it when I never received it so she set me up for another one it did not come again so they're charging me $70 again I'm done with this insurance companies are b*******"
